Booking & Payments
- All bookings must be made through our official website/whatsapp or authorized representatives.
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
- The balance payment must be made before the start of the trip, as per the package terms.
- Payments are processed securely through trusted gateways.
Pricing & Inclusions
- Package prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise specified.
- Prices include only the services mentioned in the itinerary (such as accommodation, transport, meals, activities).
- Any personal expenses, additional services, or optional activities are not included.
- Prices may vary due to changes in taxes, fuel costs, or supplier rates.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be requested in writing via email or through our support team.
- Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy, which may vary depending on the destination, season, or service provider.
- Non-refundable bookings (such as flight tickets or special offers) will be clearly mentioned before confirmation.
- In case of “no-show” or last-minute cancellation, no refund will be provided.
Changes & Modifications
- We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, natural disasters, etc.).
- If an activity or service cannot be provided, we will arrange a suitable alternative of equal value.
- Travelers may request modifications (dates, destinations, upgrades), subject to availability and additional costs.
Traveler Responsibility
- Travelers must carry valid identification, visas, permits, and health certificates, if required.
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to follow safety guidelines, respect local laws, and adhere to the itinerary schedule.
- Any damage to property, accommodation, or vehicles caused by the traveler will be charged accordingly.
Health & Safety
- Some trips may involve physical activities such as trekking, camping, or adventure sports. Travelers should ensure they are medically fit.
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs at the time of booking.
- We are not liable for any health issues, accidents, or injuries arising during the trip, though we will provide assistance to the best of our ability.
Liability
- Desh Destinations acts as a travel organizer and works with third-party service providers (hotels, transport, guides, etc.).
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by airlines, hotels, or external factors beyond our control.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the package booked.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions.
Intellectual Property
All content, images, and materials on our website are the property of Desh Destinations. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
