- Desh Destinations is not liable for injuries or accidents that may occur during the event.
- Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, or causing delays may be removed from the event without prior warning. No refund will be issued, and the client must arrange their own return transport. Desh Destinations does not hold the responsibility for terminated clients.
- Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Rights of admission are reserved.
Cancellation Policy
- Booking amounts are non-refundable for cancellations.
- 30 Days Prior to Departure: 50% of the tour fee will be refunded.
- 0-15 Days Before Start Date: No refund will be provided; 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Late Arrival: No refund or rescheduling will be available
- Once your refund is initiated, it will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.
- If the trip gets extended because of weather or other unforeseen reasons, an additional fee of ₹2000 per day will need to be paid in cash to the Trip Leader at that time.
Yes, the trip is designed at an easy pace with comfortable travel distances, making it suitable for families and senior citizens.
Breakfast and dinner are included daily as mentioned in the itinerary. Lunch is not included and can be taken en route or at local restaurants.
No, entry fees, camera charges, and activity tickets must be paid directly at each sightseeing location.
The visit is part of the itinerary, but entry and activity charges at Dubare Elephant Camp are optional and payable on the spot.
