Itinerary

Day 1 – Hubli To Dandeli Adventure

Pickup from Hubli and drive through forested routes to Dandeli.
Check in to your jungle lodge and enjoy a calm riverside walk.
Relax for the evening and settle into your nature stay.
Overnight: Dandeli Meals: Dinner

Day 2 – Adventure In Dandeli

Begin the day with white-water rafting on the Kali River.
Later, enjoy zipline, kayaking, and coracle rides (optional activities).
Afternoon jungle trek followed by a bonfire at the resort.
Overnight: Dandeli Meals: Breakfast & Dinner

Day 3 – Dandeli To Gokarna

After breakfast, drive to Gokarna and check in to your beachside stay.
Visit Om Beach, Kudle Beach, Gokarna Main Beach, and Mahabaleshwar Temple.
End the day with a peaceful sunset at Om Beach.
Overnight: Gokarna Meals: Breakfast & Dinner

Day 4 – Gokarna To Hubli (Departure)

Enjoy a relaxed morning beach walk at Om or Kudle Beach.
Optional stop at Mirjan Fort for photos and history.
Drive back to Hubli for a drop at the station or airport.

Camera or video camera fees at monuments and attractions.
Visa fees and travel insurance, if applicable.
Extra sightseeing or transport beyond the itinerary
Cost of additional sightseeing or extra usage of the vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.

A valid government-issued ID for verification.
Carry some cash, as certain places in Karnataka may not accept digital payments.
A lightweight backpack for daily essentials.
A reusable water bottle to stay hydrated. Travel umbrella or hat for protection from sun and rain.
Basic toiletries and personal items. Camera or smartphone to capture the scenery.
A compact first-aid kit with band-aids, pain relievers, and personal medicines.
Sturdy walking shoes or comfortable flip-flops.
Lightweight, comfortable clothing, plus a light jacket for cooler evenings.
Mosquito repellent and sunscreen for protection.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled. We will try to offer an alternate feasible activity, but refunds will not be provided in such situations.

Desh Destinations is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings, valuables, or jewellery during the trip.
Desh Destinations is not liable for injuries or accidents that may occur during the event.
Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, or causing delays may be removed from the event without prior warning. No refund will be issued, and the client must arrange their own return transport. Desh Destinations does not hold the responsibility for terminated clients.
Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Rights of admission are reserved.

Cancellation Policy

Booking amounts are non-refundable for cancellations.
30 Days Prior to Departure: 50% of the tour fee will be refunded.
0-15 Days Before Start Date: No refund will be provided; 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Late Arrival: No refund or rescheduling will be available
Once your refund is initiated, it will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.
If the trip gets extended because of weather or other unforeseen reasons, an additional fee of ₹2000 per day will need to be paid in cash to the Trip Leader at that time.
