Itinerary

Day 1 – Bangalore/Mangalore To Coorg (Madikeri)

• Arrive in Coorg by afternoon, check in, and begin exploring the lush green hill town.
Visit Abbey Falls and enjoy sunset views at Raja’s Seat.
Spend the evening shopping for spices, coffee and homemade chocolates in Madikeri.
Overnight: Coorg Meals: Dinner

Day 2 – Coorg Sightseeing & Adventure

Begin the day with the thrilling Mandalpatti Jeep Safari followed by a visit to Kote Abbey Falls.
Continue to Thala Cauvery and experience the stunning Madikeri Glass Bridge.
Explore Madikeri Fort, Museum and end your day with peaceful nature views.
Overnight: Coorg Meals: Breakfast & Dinner

Day 3 – Coorg To Chikmagalur

Drive to Chikmagalur and check in to your scenic coffee-estate resort.
Visit Mullayanagiri Peak followed by viewpoints and shrines around Baba Budangiri.
Relax in the estate with a guided plantation walk and coffee tasting session.
Overnight: Chikmagalur
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner

Day 4 – Chikmagalur Sightseeing & Departure

Visit Hebbe Falls or Kalhatti Falls, depending on accessibility and preference.
Optional: Stop at Manikyadhara Falls or relax in your estate resort.
Begin your return journey after lunch and reach Bangalore/Mangalore by evening.
Meals: Breakfast

Breakfast and Dinner as per itinerary.

Any costs arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks, etc.
Porterage at hotels and airports, tips, insurance, laundry, liquors, wine, etc.
Medical expenses and emergency evacuations.
Camera or video camera fees at monuments and attractions.
Visa fees and travel insurance, if applicable.
Extra sightseeing or transport beyond the itinerary
Cost of additional sightseeing or extra usage of the vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.

A valid government-issued ID for verification.
Carry some cash, as certain places in Karnataka may not accept digital payments.
A lightweight backpack for daily essentials.
A reusable water bottle to stay hydrated. Travel umbrella or hat for protection from sun and rain.
Basic toiletries and personal items. Camera or smartphone to capture the scenery.
A compact first-aid kit with band-aids, pain relievers, and personal medicines.
Sturdy walking shoes or comfortable flip-flops.
Lightweight, comfortable clothing, plus a light jacket for cooler evenings.
Mosquito repellent and sunscreen for protection.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled. We will try to offer an alternate feasible activity, but refunds will not be provided in such situations.

Desh Destinations is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings, valuables, or jewellery during the trip.
Desh Destinations is not liable for injuries or accidents that may occur during the event.
Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, or causing delays may be removed from the event without prior warning. No refund will be issued, and the client must arrange their own return transport. Desh Destinations does not hold the responsibility for terminated clients.
Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Rights of admission are reserved.

Cancellation Policy

Booking amounts are non-refundable for cancellations.
30 Days Prior to Departure: 50% of the tour fee will be refunded.
0-15 Days Before Start Date: No refund will be provided; 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Late Arrival: No refund or rescheduling will be available
Once your refund is initiated, it will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.
If the trip gets extended because of weather or other unforeseen reasons, an additional fee of ₹2000 per day will need to be paid in cash to the Trip Leader at that time.
