- Arrive in Alleppey by road or train and check in to your private or shared houseboat.
- Cruise through Vembanad Lake, enjoy Kerala-style lunch, and witness village life along the backwaters. Optional kayaking or small boat ride before sunset.
- Overnight: Houseboat, Meals: Lunch, Tea snacks, Dinner
- Wake up to the calm backwater views and explore smaller canals.
- Check out from the houseboat; optional visit to Ambalapuzha Temple and coir-making villages. Continue your journey back to Kochi or towards your next destination.

- Cost of additional sightseeing or extra usage of the vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
- A valid government-issued ID for verification.
- Carry some cash, as certain places in Kerala may not accept digital payments.
- A lightweight backpack for daily essentials.
- Temple dress code: Women should wear sarees, set-mundu, skirts with blouses, or half-sarees. Girls under 12 may wear gowns. Men are required to wear a mundu or dhoti and keep the torso bare.
- A reusable water bottle to stay hydrated. Travel umbrella or hat for protection from sun and rain.
- Basic toiletries and personal items. Camera or smartphone to capture the scenery.
- A compact first-aid kit with band-aids, pain relievers, and personal medicines.

- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled. We will try to offer an alternate feasible activity, but refunds will not be provided in such situations.
- We protect your privacy and secure your personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
- Desh Destinations is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings, valuables, or jewellery during the trip.
- Desh Destinations is not liable for injuries or accidents that may occur during the event.
- Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, or causing delays may be removed from the event without prior warning. No refund will be issued, and the client must arrange their own return transport. Desh Destinations does not hold the responsibility for terminated clients.
- Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Rights of admission are reserved.

Cancellation Policy
- Booking amounts are non-refundable for cancellations.
- 30 Days Prior to Departure: 50% of the tour fee will be refunded.
- 0-15 Days Before Start Date: No refund will be provided; 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Late Arrival: No refund or rescheduling will be available
- Once your refund is initiated, it will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.
- If the trip gets extended because of weather or other unforeseen reasons, an additional fee of ₹2000 per day will need to be paid in cash to the Trip Leader at that time.
